Our T & C`s
Anchane Decor T & C`s:
1.
Deposit – 50% of your invoice amount is to be made 72hrs from when invoice is accepted. This will ensure your date has been secured with us and we can start ordering any necessary décor / flowers.
2.
Full Invoice – the remaining 50% of your invoice is to be made 30 days prior to your wedding date.
3.
Small changes – small changes can be made to your invoice within those 30 days, Flowers are not small changes and can be very difficult to change at the last minute.
4.
Flowers – Please note that certain flowers are seasonal, we will try to the best of our ability to ensure we can source the flowers you want. If this is not possible, we will chat and find something in season that is similar and suits your look.
5.
Breakages – Your Breakage deposit will be paid back to you 21 working days after your wedding. Please note that anything broken on the day of the event will be taken out of your breakage deposit. This is not up for debate.
6.
Set up day - On the day of the event we do require someone (Bride / Groom / family member) to sign off on the day of set up that all parties are happy with the final set up.
